We source and inspect

We identify suitable properties near your site - houses, apartments, or serviced accommodation depending on your team size and duration. We check quality, confirm availability, review the terms, and handle all negotiations directly with the landlord or host.

Every property is verified before we recommend it. We check it online and with the host, and confirm it's fit for purpose - clean, safe, and genuinely suitable for a working team.

How quickly can you find accommodation?+

It depends on the location and team size, but for most requirements we can present options within 24–48 hours of receiving your brief. For urgent requirements, get in touch by phone and we'll do our best to turn it around faster.

What's the minimum stay length?+

We typically work on a minimum of one week, though this can vary depending on the property and location. Get in touch and we can advise on the best approach for your requirements.

Do bills have to be included?+

We strongly recommend it, and the vast majority of arrangements we put in place include all bills. It simplifies the invoicing, removes the risk of unexpected costs, and makes life easier for the team on the ground.

What happens if the project overruns?+

Extensions are common and straightforward to manage. Let us know as early as possible and we'll confirm whether the property can be extended and on what terms. We aim to give you as much certainty as possible.

How does pricing work?+

We work on a sourcing fee model - you receive a fixed quote covering the full accommodation arrangement before you commit. There are no ongoing subscription charges, no per-head fees, and no hidden extras beyond what's in the quote.

Can you accommodate large teams?+

Yes. For larger teams we often source multiple properties in close proximity so the group stays together. We've arranged accommodation for teams of two through to groups requiring several houses. Tell us your team size and we'll work out the best approach.
