What if the project overruns and we need to extend?+
Extensions are common and we handle them regularly. Let us know as early as possible and we'll confirm whether the property can be extended and on what terms. Rolling weekly agreements mean there's usually flexibility built in from the start.
Do the properties have parking for vans and equipment?+
Parking is one of the first things we check. For construction teams we specifically look for properties with off-road or easy local parking that can accommodate vans. We'll always confirm parking availability before presenting an option.
